The compositions of our students about Cultural Heritage
In my opinion, cultural inheritance represents an old thing let by our ancestors. This cultural inheritance must be handed down further. It must be given to our children as tradition that must be respected. All over the world there are cultural inheritances, not the same but similar. We have to keep this traditon alive in order to remember of our ancestors. I am proud of being Romanian! Bianca (13 years)
I believe that cultural inheritance represents everything that our ancestors left behind. They let us traditions, customs, and many other valuable things. One of the most known tradition is that of going every Sunday to the church. All the traditions and customs influence our lives. What we should do is to keep a clean environment as our ancestors left us and to hand it down to the next generations. Madalina (13 years)
Romanians cultural inheritance does not refer only to poetry, stories, traditions and books but also to the heroes monuments, cemeteries where there are buried Romanian or foreign writers, churches and monasteries. Old Romanian buildings have an extraordinary greatness because each building has something special which needs to be discovered. Romanians inherit a lot of beautiful things which they cherish a lot. Ana Maria (12 years)
Cultural inheritance is a very important thing for a nation because this is how people know where they are coming from. We inherit the culture, the monuments, the churches and the proud of being Romanians. Cultural inheritance is based on traditions, religion, faith, physical and moral traits, traditional costumes and the wisdom let us by our ancestors. I am proud of being Romanian and that I inherit the traditional costumes, physical and moral traits, the language and the beauty of my country, Romania. Catalina (12 years)
Cultural inheritance comprises one of the oldest and useful things kept by our ancestors and handed down to other generations. Besides customs, traditions and old stories there are many other things such as myths, language and religion that could be seen as cultural inheritance. Cultural inheritances are some sort of treasures of one country. They are very important and they should be cherished and defended by all means. In my opinion, the most important cultural inheritance represents the language because without it we couldn’t communicate with other people. Petru (13 years)
„A treasure is our language that surges
From deep shadows of the past”
Starting from the following 2 lyrics, the most important inheritances are the country, the language and the traditions. Our nation is the descendant of Decebal and Traian. The culture, the traditions, the territory, the language and the Romanian spirit must be kept over the centuries until the end of the world.
We should protect the Earth so that our descendants live in a healthy and clean environment. The environment needs to be protected because it provides us the necessary resources for surviving. How do we keep it clean and safe? By throwing the rubbish in places designed for this. If we do not protect the Earth we will run the risk of getting sick.
Don’t let the rubbish to destroy the Planet!
Do not throw the Earth away! Carmen (13 years)
